Most products sold by Business Startup Tools are digital downloads delivered electronically after payment.
Digital purchases
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after a download has been made, except where required by applicable law or when a purchased file is materially defective or cannot be accessed as described.
Download problems
If you have trouble receiving, opening or downloading a purchased file, email support@businessstartuptools.com with your order number. We will first work to provide a functioning copy or resolve the access problem.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us promptly so we can review the orders.
